Shipping Policy

To ensure my product is in your hands as quickly as possible, I process and ship most orders within 7 days. Any exceptions are noted in the product description provided. Bulk or custom orders may be subject to additional processing depending on the item and availably of supplies. Please feel free to contact me prior to placing your order to confirm delivier timelines.

Once I receive your order you should expect an email confirmation from me detailing your order and addressing any questions I may have regarding product options or customization. At this time, I will also provide you with your shipping date.

To ensure your package arrives to you safe and sound, all items are shipped in a padded envelope and each item is individually sealed in a crystal clear bag. I take a great deal of pride in my work so I want to make sure your purchase arrives to you in the same condition as I sent it. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the condition of your order, please let me know and I will do everything I can to address your individual situation.

All of our products are shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel service which provides my clients with the more economical shipping available; packages are usually received within 7 days. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include a tracking number, signature or if you would like to expedite service, please let me know prior to your shipping date and I would be happy to accommodate.

Once your order has been passed on to Canada Post, you can expect a second email from me confirming shipment.
